Ryland Consulting takes responsibility for turning important operational problems into working solutions. It works with teams from the first decision through adoption and improvement, using AI where it makes a meaningful difference.

- Clients work directly with Dan across discovery, strategy, product design, building, adoption and improvement.
- Agree the outcome, scope, responsibilities and measures of success before delivery. Ryland takes responsibility for the agreed work and reviews progress with the client team.
- Evaluate AI on real tasks, including output quality, exceptions and human review; adjust it as operating needs change.
- Assess results against an observed starting point. Distinguish concepts, prototypes, pilots and systems in everyday use. Do not invent clients, adoption figures, savings, performance claims or testimonials.
- Reuse useful patterns while respecting client confidentiality and agreed intellectual property terms.
